As CEO of Forensic Pathways (FPL), Deborah has responsibility for the strategic management and direction of Forensic Pathways, focussing particularly on the exploitation of its product and service offering to international markets and the Company’s commitment to Corporate Governance.
Forensic Pathways is an award winning international company focussed on the development of innovative technologies for the forensic and intelligence markets, in addition to providing Due Diligence and Fraud Investigation services.
Outside of her role as CEO of Forensic Pathways, Deborah holds a number of Board positions. She is a Director of the United Nations Global Compact UK Network; Director and Chair of the Commonwealth Businesswomen’s Network (CBW), Director of the European Women in Leadership; a Commonwealth First Mentor; Advisory Member of the All Parliamentary Party Working Group on Women and Enterprise, Advisory Board Member for Social Sciences, Birmingham City University and Board Member of the Birmingham Commonwealth Association.
Deborah is an international speaker and consultant regularly speaking on issues such as entrepreneurship, international trade, optimisation of innovation, IP strategy, personal branding, strategic networking and Corporate Social Responsibility. She has won many awards commencing with British Female Inventor of the Year 2005 and culminating in Women in Stem, Business of the Year 2015 and Inspiring Leader of the Year 2015.
Deborah was invested with the Order of the British Empire in 2009 for services to entrepreneurship and made a Doctor of the Birmingham City University in 2012. She is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, a Marie Curie Fellow, and a Companion of the Chartered Management Institute.
